Returns and Refunds

Every No Blood Club item is made to order. Because production begins specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@nobloodclub.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Addresses

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order or shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has begun. Customers are responsible for information entered incorrectly at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
